It's not really music. It's more about silence. But as a soundtrack does to a movie, meditation give a rhythm to my days. Although you meditate only 20 minutes once a day, benefits are felt throughout the day. 

I started in June 2017. It was always something that intrigued me but I never felt I had the capacity to do it. But as in cycling you need consistency and discipline to progress. 

I have found in Headspace the perfect guide. Day after day the little cartoon animation and Andy Puddicombe’voice help me to find ease and calm.

It is really easy to use. Start with the basic pack. If you like it, you can subscribe and get access to plenty of other pack and single session. If you can find all you need to help you in your work and personal life, you will also find lessons regarding sport. Try it. It will change your life. And if not, it will not deteriorate it.
