If Fabian Cancellera had decided to not grab the old bike who was taking dust in the garage and go to the football field as he used to, and if Florentine Ariosto Jones had decided to go looking for Gold in the West instead of crossing the Atlantic to make watches in Switzerland, June 28th 2017 would be a very different day.  

Thanks to IWC Watches, today I had the chance to measure myself to one of the greatest cyclist in history. The contest was simple: just ride as many kilometers you can and try to do better than Fäbu. I avoid turbo sessions as much as can. So riding a spinning bike, with 50 sweating dudes and dudettes in a discotheque is almost the worst thing that could happen to me. You wont find any pictures of that night, thanks to the ephemerality of social media. Nonetheless, I would have love to show you how easy it was to beat Cancellera. That gave me the opportunity to join the superstar for the historical launch of his IWC special edition on June 28th.
